General provisions
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for the use of the website and services provided by Wizards of Fun Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as „the Company” or „the Service Provider”) via the website available at the following address [wizardsfun.com] (hereinafter: „Service”).
By using the Service, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept, please do not use the Service.
The Company reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments shall come into effect from the date of their publication on the Website, unless otherwise indicated.
§ 3
Terms of use
The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with applicable law, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and good practice.
In particular, it is prohibited to:
- provide false personal data or data of third parties without their consent,
- to post content that is offensive, infringes personal rights or violates copyright,
- take any action that may interfere with the proper functioning of the Site,
- to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam),
- copy or reproduce the contents of the Website without the prior written consent of the Company.

The Company provides the following services free of charge through the Website:
- the provision of information content relating to the Company's offer,

Paid services provided by the Company are governed by separate contracts or regulations addressed to the User prior to their conclusion.

The Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law. Any disputes arising from the use of the Website shall be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the Company's registered office.
Matters not covered by these Regulations shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code, the Act on Provision of Electronic Services and other relevant legislation.
